The range of coins and currency we offer is quite extensive. There are well over 100,000 items available, when taking grade into condition. In order to bring you this selection of items at the lowest possible prices, we often purchase items specifically for orders that have been placed. Maintaining one of every item in every grade would be impractical and more expensive for you, the collector. However, we maintain a substantial inventory and can fill many requests immediately. We maintain a presence on major national bourses and at key auctions around the country to service the orders we receive. Typically it take a few weeks to a few months to locate the items in the grade you ordered.
Pricing: The prices listed throughout the website are in line with typical retail prices. We know everyone likes a
discount. Rather than try to trick customers into buying vasrious promotions, we just put everything in the store
on sale. That includes accessories too! The more you buy, the more you save. Just remember that the prices listed
are BEFORE the discounts and could be up to 25% less than the listed price. While we can't discount bullion priced
items or other special offers such as the Bargain Bin, you can count that towards your tonnage
for the
purposes of reaching a higher discount level.
Quality: Because we offer a return period and because we are picky too, we select coins in the grades ordered that have nice eye appeal. If you've ever ordered from an online photo and received a coin that was dull and gray, but appeared bright and shiny on the internet photo, you know what we're talking about. As a result, most of our purchasing is done in the sight seen market. That means we travel a lot to look at coin, currency and other items.
Payment: We do not accept credit card payments. This is to reduce the cost to you, since we do not have to pay the credit card processing fees and we do not have to incur the fraud losses. Unfortunately the online marketplace for coins, currency, and bullion has been ruined by ongoing fraud. Despite what many may think, the merchant, us, winds up eating all of that fraud even though we processed the payments properly. In a market where we are often working on single digit margins, we simply can't take the risk. Therfore, we only take payment for the items in advance in the form of cash, check, money order, or bank wire. And, yes, we've received fraudulent cashiers checks too!

We maintain a large inventory of coins, currency, art, antiques, jewelry and supplies. It is practically
impossible to maintain a full stock of every item in every grade. For U.S. Coins alone, this would be over
110,000 sku's. As a result, expect to fill some of your order immediately, and the balance of the order
may take a few weeks to a few months to complete. We maintain a presence at most major bourses and auctions
to ensure that we have the ability to purchase for Want Lists and for general inventory.
We have specifically
not offered for sale on the site, items that are extremely rare or whose condition is non-standard. We do deal
in these items on a one-off basis. This is not an approval service. We select coins that are solid for the grade when we are dealing with sight
unseen purchasers. If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with the item delivered, you do have a ten day
return privilege. Bullion priced items may not be returned, but may be resold to us at prevailing market rates.
